- Product availability and pricing may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price used for your order.
- We may cancel or refund orders in cases of payment failure, stock error, address/serviceability issue, suspected fraud, or obvious pricing error.
Products
We sell home, decor, tableware, lifestyle, gifting, and related products. Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Handmade, hand-finished, or small-batch items may show minor variations in colour, glaze, form, texture, or finish; these variations are part of the product character and are not treated as defects unless the item is damaged or unusable.
Payments
We accept available prepaid payment methods through Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders and may include an additional fee shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders over ₹499 currently ship free. Please read our Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery timelines.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported with photos within the policy window.
