Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
How to Track
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation (subject line: “Your order is on its way”).
- Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into our courier partner’s website.
- If you have an account, you can also check order status in My Account.
Order Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | We’ve received your order and it’s being prepared. |
| Packed | Your pieces have been wrapped and boxed. |
| Shipped | Your order is with the courier and on its way. |
| Out for delivery | Arriving today. |
| Delivered | Successfully delivered. Enjoy. |
