How long until I get a response?
We aim to reply to all enquiries within one to two business days. Wholesale and press requests may take slightly longer as they are handled by dedicated teams.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we work with select retailers, hotels, and restaurants. Please reach out to support@theplushrepublic.com with details about your business and the pieces you're interested in.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Handmade and made-to-order pieces can carry small finish variations; those are part of the piece, not defects.
