Return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Handmade and made-to-order pieces can carry small finish variations; those are part of the piece, not defects.
We are sorry. Email support@theplushrepublic.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund right away — there is no need to send the broken piece back.
